Informational service
The network provides community directories, listings, schedules, fuel-price observations, and related information for general informational use. Information can change without notice. Verify hours, availability, eligibility, prices, and other important details directly with the applicable business or operator before relying on them.
Fuel prices
Fuel prices are time-sensitive observations, not offers or guarantees. A “fresh,” “aging,” “reviewed,” or operator-listed label describes the source and age of the record; it does not guarantee the price still appears at the pump. Discounts, taxes, membership, loyalty, payment method, fuel formulation, and grade can change the amount charged.
Community submissions
You may submit only information you have the right to share and that you reasonably believe is accurate. Do not submit private, unlawful, misleading, automated, or abusive content. Submissions may be reviewed, corrected, declined, retained for operational records, or removed. Submission does not guarantee publication.
Business listings and licenses
A business listing is yours. The name, contact details, hours, description, and license number on it are your statements about your own business, and you are responsible for keeping them accurate and current. We review listings before they publish and we may correct, decline, or remove one — but review is not verification. We do not check license numbers. A number shown on a listing is the business’s own claim.
Holding a license is the business’s responsibility, and so is showing it. Several Florida trades — contractors, massage establishments, salons, real estate, health care, and others — have to publish their license number in their own advertising, and a listing you fill in about your own business can count as advertising. If your trade carries that duty, meeting it is yours: enter your number, keep it current, and take the listing down or update it if the license lapses. We provide the field. We do not discharge the obligation, and we are not your compliance check.
Where a listing is explicitly marked Verified, that badge means a person here checked something specific about the business and it is stated on the listing. It never means we confirmed a license.
Third-party services and links
The network may link to maps, station operators, data providers, payment providers, or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices control your use of those services. Statewide EIA averages are market context, not station quotes. Any automated station-level feed is used only under a provider agreement that permits the applicable display and storage.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls or rate limits, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, harvest personal information, or use automated traffic in a way that degrades service for others. We may restrict access needed to protect the platform and its users.
Embeddable events widget
The events widget may be embedded on another website free of charge, unchanged and in full. Each widget carries a “Powered by Flagler Events” credit. That credit must stay visible to the people viewing the page: do not remove it, and do not hide, clip, crop, overlay, mask, or otherwise obscure it — including by styling or sizing the embed container so the credit is cut off or covered. Do not present the widget or the listings inside it as your own editorial content, alter the listings, or re-publish the underlying event data as a separate feed or directory. We may withdraw access to the widget, or to a specific embedding site, if the credit is obscured or these limits are ignored.
No warranty and limitation
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, the network disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The network is not responsible for decisions, travel, purchases, losses, or third-party conduct based on directory information.
Changes and contact
These terms may change from time to time as the network changes. The version and effective date at the top identify the current terms, and every version is an ISO date so you can tell at a glance which came first.
When we change them, we will email the contact address on your listing to tell you what changed. That is why accepting these terms records which version you accepted and when — without it we would have no way to know who to tell, or what you had agreed to in the first place.
